Alright everyone, we all need to talk about this huh? We had a day off yesterday, had sushi for lunch, and then Starbucks afterwards. We went browsing at the shopping center and looked for general items that we needed. Then all of a sudden, grin came out of us and we all said, “Geesh…we are all now extra large priests, what can we do about it”…Okay, no offense to anyone though, there is nothing wrong of being extra large….but seriously, since I joined the OMHS Family, I gained so much weight. Our apostolate is super busy, and every home we visit, they served such delectable food, and oh yeah, they always serve the priest with large amount of food….one thing I learned from our formation, that once offered to you, you need to eat it all…..like all of it. Can you imagine having four Holy Mass in one day, I mean seriously we do have that here? Thats like 8 meals! I am not complaining either. Corny huh guys?

Anyway, so we all agreed to join a gym and work out……I remember when I was a Deacon, some lady told me that when a priest works out, and physically fit, they usually leave the church…..Hmmmmm……is that true everyone? I played water polo before and tons of other sports. When she told me that, I was kinda in awe…not that I used that message of hers to eat more…its just that the grace of Beloved Ingkong from homes to homes are sweet and good food! I really cant say NO to excellent cuisine as my mom and sisters are all good cook!

So what is the verdict  ladies and gents? Could we as religious join a gym and work out? Be physically fit?  need to know, seriously. Can you believe that after walking for like 20 minutes I get all exhausted! Its pretty sad huh?

Alright, have a good one and enjoy your day and enjoy all the blessings of Beloved Ingkong. Enjoy your family and friends. Seriously, just enjoy life in general, try to smile more often eh

Hello Brothers and Sisters in Faith:

Ave Maria Purissima!

May the blessings of our Almighty Father Yahweh be upon us always together with the love of His only Begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, in the unity of God the Holy Spirit, our Beloved Ingkong is always with you and your family.

Well, I just came back home from my apostolate within our community and had the chance to stop by a Catholic church, for awhile there, I sat down under the tree, and in front of me there is a very lovely image of our Blessed Mother Mary, and then I prayed the Holy Rosary there, after the Act of Contrition, tears fell down, and I felt remorse in my heart. I continued to pray the Holy Rosary inaudibly, and kept looking at the image of our Mother, and suddenly my attention went through her heart, and of course, we all know the Sacred Heart of Mother Mary with the thorns represents the 7 deadly sins.

I thought of an incident that happened to me for the past few weeks, where I was asked to confront someone due to so called “tsismis” within our community. I paused for awhile, and was speechless. My answer to the person whom advised me to perform such confrontation was “why should I waste my time to do such thing? We all know that our Master in Heaven never laid hands on anyone nor hurt them by such ridicule confrontation”. Of course, part of me did want to confront our brother, but then I remember what Beloved Ingkong had told us in his message, He said in “tagalog“……Mga anak kung mayroon mananakit sa inyo, isumbong ninyo sila sa AKIN, pakikinggan KO kayo.

Sorry if I mispelled any tagalog words….But this message truly stayed in my heart, and the more I remember it, the more I understand what LOVE is all about. I want to share with all of you this passage that I have kept on my daily journal, just to remind me that if we get hurt in many ways, we shall hang on to HIM and HIS love. For HIS love is eternal to all of us. Funny as it is, even when I was in college, I kept this passage in my wallet…corny huh? We all do these things to keep us grounded and motivated. So here it is…..Dont cry now :)

1 Corinthians – Chapter 13 verse 4 – 7

Love is patient. Love is kind. It is not jealous. It is not pompous. It is not inflated. It is not rude. It does not seek its own interests. It is not quick tempered. It does not brood injury. It does not rejoice over wrongdoing. But rejoices with the truth. It bears all things. Believes all things. Hopes all things. Endures all things.

Until next time. Everyone Take care and have a Blessed Day! And yeah, have fun as well!

Ave Maria Purissima…
